Gil Paz joined our team in October of 2022. He brought with him over 10 years of Food & Beverage experience ranging from catering, high volume establishments, and craft beverages. Gil came on to help open and establish Spyhouse Coffee Roaster’s – Rochester Cafe as the Cafe Manager of this location. Along with Food & Beverage Operations, Gil’s work includes community outreach through charitable events. Gil is a strong supporter of the local arts, local musicians and local businesses. During his off time, Gil enjoys golfing, visiting local businesses, catching a local music show, Minnesota Sports, and spending time with his wife, their two dogs and family. Being that a majority of Gil’s time is at Spyhouse Coffee, we asked what his go to coffee order is – 16oz Oat milk Mocha with an extra shot!
