Britta Palm our General Manager of TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Rochester, Minnesota. She began her hospitality career in 2018 with North Rock Hospitality Group at Home2 Suites by Hilton, quickly developing a passion for hotel operations and guest satisfaction. Britta played a key role in the September 2021 opening of TownePlace Suites as Assistant General Manager and was promoted to General Manager in 2023.
The hotel has earned several prestigious accolades, including the Platinum Circle Award and Hotel Opening of the Year Award in 2022, as well as the Platinum Award in 2023 – top 2%, and Diamond Award in 2024 – top 1%.
